Our returns policy

At RTA we value all our customers and want to ensure the best experience from start to finish.
If the product is not for you, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will offer a refund or exchange, provided;

  • A return request is received by us within 14 days after product delivery. The product must then be received by us within the following 14 days.

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition with all original packaging included. This includes (but is not limited to) original tags, boxes, labels, and swing tags & literature

Returns are at the expense of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return in the event proof of postage is required. 

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 14 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed unless advised otherwise.

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. 

Wrong Item or Faulty Received

 In the unlikely event that the item you have received is not what you originally ordered or you believe an item is faulty, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order for us to investigate the matter. 

 We are unable to offer refunds or exchange for our kit racks once they have already been assembled, unless the materials are faulty. We may refuse the return for self-assembled wine racks if the return criteria are not met. 

Proof of purchase will be required in all instances in order to obtain a refund or exchange.

Goods purchased from an RTA retailer or stockist

All items purchased from one of our stockists must be returned to them direct. Please contact the stockist directly for further details on how to return your item(s).
